@xfinitymobile@comcastcares Received my replacement XfinityMobilephone yesterday from Assurant. After an hour trying to activate with customer service and being disconnected, told they have to open a ticket! I have no working phone! I need my phone activated!!
@comcastcares need your help. VoLTE is now gone from my XFinityMobilephone. I called Customer Service and have been talking to them on the phone with no resolution. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
Very rude customer service. No updates on my Xfinitymobile order even after contacting them for 5 days straight. On phone they are sarcastic and rude. No reply on text. They disconnect sessions on chat. How else to contact customer service?

Horrible customer service! I have internet, t.v., home security, and mobile. After talking on the phone today with a customer service rep I might be dropping them all! They don't care if you have been with them for years, no customer loyalty...

@XFINITY is about to lose me as both a residential and business Customer. Someone stole my account info to purchase an xfinitymobilephone and put that shit on my account. I’m pissed!! And your fraud department customer service sucks!!
The customer service on the phone transferred me to mobile support over an hour after being on the phone and now "Mobile" just said they can't do anything cause I'm not mobile which I know but this is unacceptable!

@Xfinity@xfinitymobile My wife and I switched to XfinityMobile on Black Friday. Our phones don’t work. The calls drop (“Call failed”) constantly, and the Wifi calling feature doesn’t help. I’ve been on the phone with xfinitymobilecustomer service no less than a dozen times...
@xfinitymobile For any of my friends that have considered Xfinitymobile for cell phone service... Don't! Worst customer service of any cell company I've ever dealt with. I've dealt with them multiple times with same outcome, Complete incompetence!
It wasn’t when you first started XfinityMobile 2 + years ago. Hell even your customer service agents didn’t know 6 mons to 1 year ago. But nice try. Read the fine print right? It’s bullshit I’m paying for 2 phones that are worthless and was lied to multiple times by our agents!
@JohnLegere I dropped t mobile because local stores horrible customer service. Couldn’t return a phone after 3 weeks (and I had returned it once for a replacement and this was second time in store for same problem) I am now an Xfinitymobile customer. Customer service matters.
@xfinitymobile , Customer service is very worse for Xfinitymobile. Went for BYOD option with Iphone7 from T-mobile ,after 2 months came to know phone is not compatible with Xfinity.Have made many calls &did stop by at store for 2 months no support.would def not suggest friends
@Xfinity is working hard to earn WORST customer service award. We tried to switch to mobile from Verizon while buying a new iPhone and they sent us an empty box. Stolen in transit they say. We went in store to cancel mobile and the idiots shut off home phone we just found out.
